PARAMETA Collaborates with YOUHA to Build a 'Content Fractional Investment Platform' Utilizing STO

 

Seoul, March 21, 2023 – ‘Web3 Enabler’ PARAMETA Corp. (formerly ICONLOOP, CEO JH Kim) has announced a collaboration with YOUHA, the first and largest YouTube creator advertising funding intermediary platform in Korea, to build a ‘Content Fractional Investment Platform’.

The jointly developed platform by PARAMETA and YOUHA will enable fractional investments in a wide range of content, including YouTube videos, dramas, entertainment shows, webtoons, exhibitions, and performers.

Following the release of FSC (Financial Services Commission)'s ‘STO Guidelines (Token Security Issuance and Distribution Regulatory System)’ in February, the activation of fractional investment platforms is expected to increase significantly. The ‘Content Fractional Investment Platform’ introduced by PARAMETA and YOUHA is also expected to provide various investment opportunities to individuals.

Under this collaboration, PARAMETA will provide its STO (Security Token Offering) technology for the entire process through an API-based service called ‘Parameta S (STO as a Service)’, while YOUHA will incorporate its infrastructure and expertise in YouTube creator advertising funding mediation into the new ‘Content Fractional Investment Platform’.

Starting with YouTube creator video content, YOUHA has expanded its target range to include media content from CJ ENM, JTBC, and other media companies. Based on this foundation, the plan is to expand the scope of fractional investment to include not only YouTube content but also dramas, entertainment shows, webtoons, movies, exhibitions, performances, and performers in the future.
