PARAMETA Permanently Records KSF-Naver Cloud-Naver Arabia ‘AI Alliance’ MOU on Blockchain via ‘broof’

SEOUL, South Korea – December 16, 2025 — PARAMETA (CEO Kim Jong-hyop), a leading Web3 Enabler, announced today that it has permanently recorded the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Korea Startup Forum (KSF), Naver Cloud, and Naver Arabia on the blockchain using its digital certification service, ‘broof’.

The agreement was signed on December 11th at ‘COMEUP 2025’ in Seoul. The partnership aims to support the innovation of domestic AI startups centered on proprietary AI foundation models, build industry-specific vertical AI, and expand the global stage into the Middle East market.

At the signing ceremony, a special event was held to confirm the three parties' commitment to cooperation using blockchain technology. PARAMETA utilized its ‘broof’ technology to record the MOU on the blockchain, thereby proving that the content of the agreement has not been tampered with and ensuring its permanent preservation. This ceremony was designed to emphasize that the partnership is not just a simple document signing, but a technically verifiable and "unchanging promise."

Notably, the technology used for this record is based on PARAMETA’s proven capabilities as the sole operator of the ‘K-BTF (Public Blockchain Trust Framework)’ project driven by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). PARAMETA was the first in the blockchain sector to obtain the Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) certification, securing high reliability for its blockchain network.

PARAMETA is leading the expansion of the Web3 ecosystem by applying this verified technology to various areas, including its self-developed stablecoin solution ‘ParaSTA’, as well as ‘broof’. The recording of this MOU was also achieved based on this verified trust technology.

‘Broof’ is a service that fundamentally blocks the possibility of document forgery based on blockchain technology and allows for immediate verification of authenticity. It enables permanent storage without the need for a separate database, and anyone can easily check the authenticity of the original document via a QR code.

Previously, PARAMETA established a government-level trust infrastructure by issuing appointment certificates for approximately 180 members of the National AI Strategy Committee using ‘broof’. Following this, by applying the technology to this large-scale private-led AI cooperation model, PARAMETA has once again proven its versatility as a digital certification solution that validates the authenticity of important contracts and agreements.
