[Seoul, January 22, 2026] Web3 Enabler PARAMETA (CEO JH Kim) announced on the 22nd that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with RiskX (CEO Janghyuk Yoon), an AI company specializing in the design, recommendation, and hedging of structured products, to build global investor onboarding and an investment platform for digital bonds and structured products.

The agreement combines RiskX's specialist financial product analysis capabilities with PARAMETA's blockchain infrastructure technology, with the aim of establishing a foundation on which global investors can access Korean financial products easily, quickly, and in compliance with regulation. The two companies agreed in particular to explore concrete business cooperation in ▲ cross-border investor onboarding ▲ payment and settlement efficiency ▲ financial service innovation.

RiskX is a fintech company that uses AI to analyze structurally complex derivative products such as equity-linked securities (ELS), designing and recommending products matched to an investor's risk profile. PARAMETA is a technology company holding core blockchain and stablecoin technology, and a Web3 specialist leading the digital asset infrastructure field.

Starting from this agreement, the two companies plan to combine their respective expertise to develop a concrete business model through which global investors can access high-quality Korean financial products easily and securely.

Korea's financial market has offered many structured bonds and index-linked products with strong returns, but overseas investors seeking access have faced real physical and institutional barriers — differing regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, complex documentation procedures, and delays in international remittance.

The two companies will therefore jointly examine ways to bring on-chain KYC and stablecoin infrastructure to RiskX's financial product distribution network through PARAMETA's stablecoin platform, ParaSta. By digitizing the entire process from investor identity verification through payment and settlement, they plan to pursue commercialization and a proof of concept (PoC) for a next-generation global investment platform that removes the inefficiencies of cross-border investment.

"This agreement matters because it goes beyond a simple technology partnership to explore the synergy that digital asset technology can create when combined with actual financial businesses," said PARAMETA CEO JH Kim. "Through close cooperation with RiskX, we will build innovative financial services that work in global markets."

"The reality is that despite the quality of Korea's structured products, securing global liquidity has been difficult," said RiskX CEO Janghyuk Yoon. "By lowering the barrier to entry through PARAMETA's technology, we will create an environment in which investors worldwide can use the Korean structured products RiskX designs and recommends as conveniently as a local service."
