On April 18, PARAMETA CEO JH Kim will give a talk at the 2024 Blockchain Meetup Conference (BCMC), hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Korea Internet & Security Agency, and the Bank of Korea at the Event Hall on the 3rd floor of the Textile Center in Gangnam.

With attention fixed on how blockchain technology is becoming part of daily life and on the future of central bank digital currency (CBDC), this conference has been organized to explore the potential of blockchain-based services and technologies and to look for ways to build trust around the technical and legal issues involved.
At the event, PARAMETA CEO JH Kim will present on 'Global Blockchain Infrastructure Trends,' covering the technical progress of public blockchains — decentralized, transparent, community-driven — alongside the structure, security, and efficiency of the various state-led platforms (BSN, EBSI, K-BTF). The talk will offer insight into the latest trends and cases in blockchain technology, the major issues at stake, and how a blockchain approach that emphasizes decentralization, transparency, and community leadership can develop hand in hand with state-led platforms, each complementing the other.
The 2024 Blockchain Meetup Conference promises to be an important occasion for raising the innovative potential of blockchain technology and for surfacing and sharing the technologies behind it. We look forward to an in-depth discussion of how blockchain is advancing and the positive changes it brings to the economy and to society — and we hope to see you there.
