ICONLOOP is taking part in 2022 Blockchain Promotion Week, an event dedicated to raising awareness of blockchain and exploring ways to grow the ecosystem, with a booth, a talk, and a panel discussion.
2022 Blockchain Promotion Week runs for three days at BEXCO in Haeundae-gu, Busan, starting tomorrow (the 7th) through the 9th. Hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT), this is the fifth edition of the event — and the first ever held outside Seoul, which makes it something of a milestone.
Held under the theme "Blockchain Opens the Web3 Era," the program includes an opening ceremony, an awards ceremony recognizing contributions to blockchain, a blockchain conference, presentations of pilot project and R&D results, and an exhibition hall, with around 100 companies taking part across 37 booths. ICONLOOP will run a booth (booth number B-6) for all three days as a leading Web3 company, spotlighting PARAMETA — the Blockchain Framework that packages the full range of our Web3 technology — and laying out transition strategies toward Web3 platforms tuned to each industry.
ICONLOOP will also use its talk and panel slots to define what genuine Web3 transformation looks like and what blockchain technology means in the Web3 era, in depth and alongside industry experts. First, in the <A Look Back at Blockchain Trust Technology> session of <Track 2: Trust Added by Blockchain>, ICONLOOP CEO JH Kim will present on "Why Multichain Development Platforms Matter, and How They Are Being Used." Kim will then join fellow panelists in the <Panel Discussion: Defining Web3 Through Blockchain> session on the topic "What Is Web3, Seen Through DID, NFTs, and Digital Platforms?"
