ICONLOOP took the stage at Korea Blockchain Week 2020.

ICONLOOP gave a talk at Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) 2020, which opened on the 13th and is currently under way. The event was held so that industry experts could exchange knowledge and look for where the field should go next, and it covers the technology trends dominating the blockchain industry right now — DID, DeFi, NFTs, CBDCs — along with what the major players are doing, where things are headed, and government policy.
ICONLOOP's talk took place in the Platform / Protocol session of Korea Blockchain Week 2020, under the title "The Era of My Data: Data Sovereignty with DID." The speaker, ICONLOOP CEO JH Kim, put DID forward as the answer to the many personal data problems we live with today, and introduced Zzeung, the DID service built on ICONLOOP's MyID platform. He also laid out a blueprint for MyID as a digital transaction platform of a new paradigm, growing inside an ecosystem built together with a wide range of institutions and companies.
Because of the prolonged COVID-19 situation, the conference is being held as a video stream, with some 50 blockchain experts from around the world taking part as keynote speakers. You can watch ICONLOOP CEO JH Kim's full Korea Blockchain Week 2020 talk in the video below.
