ICONLOOP Signs Smart Healthcare MOU with Kosin University Gospel Hospital

ICONLOOP and Kosin University Gospel Hospital sign a smart healthcare MOU.

On the 16th, ICONLOOP signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation for building smart healthcare with Kosin University Gospel Hospital (Director Youngsik Choi, hereafter Kosin University Gospel Hospital).

The MOU was put together to strengthen technological competitiveness and business capability by pursuing smart healthcare projects together. ICONLOOP and Kosin University Gospel Hospital plan to cooperate on exchanging information and conducting joint research to sharpen technological competitiveness in the advanced smart healthcare industry, on technology exchange between the two sides' areas of expertise and the pioneering of new technologies in medical artificial intelligence, on joint cooperation for the Busan Eco Delta City smart healthcare cluster project, and on other work related to joint technology development and commercialization.

What is Busan Eco Delta City?

It is a smart city development project pursued jointly by the City of Busan, K-water (Korea Water Resources Corporation) and Busan Metropolitan Corporation, which will develop a roughly 11.77㎢ site in Gangseo-gu, Busan into a forward-looking waterfront city.

Through this agreement, ICONLOOP will draw on its own DID technology built around MyID to create a digital ID ecosystem in the Busan Eco Delta City smart healthcare cluster alongside Kosin University Gospel Hospital.

Together with Kosin University Gospel Hospital, ICONLOOP will present a leading model for the advanced smart healthcare industry, and we will keep working with local governments and companies to apply DID and our other blockchain technologies to everyday life, building a smarter and more trustworthy future.
