ICONLOOP and Saramin HR are bringing blockchain to the recruiting market for the first time in Korea.

ICONLOOP and Saramin HR are applying blockchain technology to the recruiting market for the first time in Korea.
Early this year the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding to build a blockchain-based digital ID ecosystem and pursue joint business,
and now that the practical business and technical groundwork is complete, ICONLOOP's blockchain technology is going into full-scale use across the job-search and hiring services Saramin operates.

ICONLOOP's blockchain technology arrives at Saramin as a tamper-proofing service for final interview reports, a DID-based tamper-proofing service for certificates, and an offline exam attendance check service for test takers. With blockchain applied from document submission all the way through the final interview, it is expected to raise the reliability of Saramin's recruiting services considerably.

ICONLOOP and Saramin HR plan to open the services in stages through December, starting with the tamper-proofing service for final interview reports this September.
Step by step, blockchain is seeping into our lives as something "real" rather than something "expected." ICONLOOP will keep extending blockchain into new industries and fields so that more people can experience the technology and benefit from it.
